Shelley H. made this for me a few years ago. I am impressed with how easy it is. Easy is important to me-can you tell? Also, it involves only 3 non-perishable ingredients (ie you always have them on hand).
1 pkg. Ore Ida Hash Browns O'Brien
2 cans chicken broth
1 pkg fat-free Pioneer Country Gravy mix
Put hash browns and broth in a stock pot-simmer for 20-25 minutes. Mix gravy with water (1.5 cups) and add to soup. Stir until thickened.
