Corn Casserole

1 can corn (drained)
1 can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1 stick of butter ( I only use a couple of tablespoons )
1 box of Jiffy Mix

Combine all ingredients above, pout into greased dish then bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.

VERY YUMMY! It's a Paula Deen recipe, hence the stick of butter!

I love this! Matter of fact I'm making it tonight with a roast and roast veges. Yummy! What's even funnier is I couldn't find the recipe and decided to check our blog out "just in case" and there it was! God is so kind!
