Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

This recipe seems to be going around my church. I am a sucker for peanut butter and chocolate. I can't wait to try this! It's definitely a special treat recipe.

1 cup melted butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (may need to make these heaping cups)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup smooth peanut butter (or crunchy if you'd like)
2 cups chocolate chips

Mix the first 4 ingredients together until blended well. Press this mixture into a 9x13 pan (you may want to spray it, but usually I just sprinkle some extra graham cracker crumbs in the pan to make the bars easier to get out). Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the mixture. spread with a spatula. Put it in the freezer or fridge to let the chocolate harden. I usually put it in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes, then get it out to cut it while it's still somewhat soft. Otherwise, the chocolate will crack. Then let it harden completely, and it's ready!
