baked tortilla chips
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can black beans
1 cups salsa
1 cup shredded cheese
4 scallions, thinly sliced
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line sides and bottom of 9x13 dish with chips. Layer chicken and beans over chips. Spoon salsa over beans and top with cheese and scallions. Bake for 15 minutes.
